At A2Z Montessori we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of Customer Service and top quality merchandise .

If however you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return it within the following guidelines. Items are refundable within 45 days and exchangeable within 180 days of the item’s shipped date. 

Delivery & Shipping

New Zealand Customers

International Customers

Orders with a value under NZ$1000 will be send either by DHL or NZ Post depending on the cheapest pricing.

Orders with a value of NZ$1000 or higher can be send directly to you by our chinese factory which will significantly reduce the shipping costs. International customers are responsible for any matters regarding customs and possible additional fees/taxes. Please check this with your local authorities.

Returns & Refunds

Items are refundable within 45 days and exchangeable within 180 days of the item’s shipped date.  

All products must be returned in their original condition. If your item was damaged or incomplete when received ,please notify us immediately by Email or telephone quoting your Order Number and include a note explaining the problem in the return package. 
We undertake to pay for the freight for any returned item.
